We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products shipped by us, and if there is a problem with the item due to our error (such as a wrong item or a low-quality item). To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
